RESOURCES

For close to thirty years, we have been engaged in support and advocacy activities that build upon the wisdom and experiences of sex workers.

Resource List

We believe that knowledge sharing is an important part of our work, especially as we continue to engage in decolonial practices. PACE Society has compiled a list of resources on varying intersecting topics that impact sex workers in order to support sex workers and organizations supporting sex workers with navigating these realities.

Media Toolkit for Sex Workers, Journalists, and Allies

The Media Toolkit was designed for use both by sex workers and allies who may wish to interact with media in different forms, as well as for media who wish to engage in best practices in interviewing sex workers or telling sex workers’ stories.

Tax Toolkit

PACE Society compiled this document in response to the number of sex workers looking for tax support but who do not feel safe due to the criminalization and stigmatization of sex work. We also offer a yearly tax workshop specifically for sex workers that expands on the Tax Toolkit.

Digital Harm Reduction Resource List

As technology gets more advanced, learning about online safety and security is crucial, especially for marginalized communities such as sex workers. Thanks to Open Privacy Research Society, we now have a resource list that covers things like protecting your privacy online, reducing the likelihood of getting hacked, and choosing secure passwords and messaging apps. These resources are applicable to many areas of life, with a specific focus on sex worker safety and security.
